Lagniappe is our house blend. Due to coffee being a seasonal crop we source different coffees throughout the year to fit our flavor profile to keep this blend consistent. Our current compoisition is a blend of Honduras Raos Marcala and Colombia Popayan,
This blend is what we use for our everyday espresso and also batch brew. It is savory, with a heavy mouthfeel with notes of bakers chocolate, caramel and toasted almond. It holds up really nice in milk drinks but also shines on its own as a pour-over. New to specialty coffee?? Start here.
